Forwork

01

A title tells people what you were called. It does not tell them what you actually did.

Those words cannot explain the problem, role, approach, constraints, result and learning on their own.
02

Todo trabajo deja huellas.

01

A draft.

02

A decision.

03

A piece of feedback.

04

A before and after.

05

A way of solving.

06

A question that changed direction.

07

A person who was helped.

08

A lesson learned too late.

A small trace can still tell a large story.
03

Proof no es una actuación.

Proof only needs honesty, context and evidence of what actually happened.
04

01

A mentoring session.

02

A guide someone could use.

03

A bug discovered.

04

A small process improved.

05

A user helped.

06

A decision that saved the team time.

07

A question that made everyone reconsider.

08

Invisible work the project depended on.

Value does not always appear where it is easiest to see.
05

A result becomes meaningful when we understand how it was made.
06

01

The person who asked.

02

The person who noticed the problem.

03

The person who connected people.

04

The person who clarified the document.

05

The person who cared for the experience.

06

The person who kept the project moving.

07

The person who fixed the details.

08

The person who helped others understand.

What was invisible may still be what held everything together.
07

El contexto convierte la evidencia en comprensión.

01

02

03

RoleWhat you were responsible for

04

MethodHow you approached it

05

06

LearningWhat moves into the next attempt

A number without context may impress. It may not help anyone understand.
08

No toda prueba es prueba de éxito.

Some proof does not show that you won. It shows that you understood more.
09

It helps you see how the past still travels with you: which skills continue, which values remain, which ways of thinking formed and how experiences that seemed separate are connected.

What is preserved well does not hold you back. It helps explain how you arrived here.
10

Not only the most polished projects. Not only the largest achievements. It should also preserve roles, context, process, contribution, questions, learning and change.

01

Projects.

02

Decisions.

03

Lessons.

04

Contribution.

05

Context.

06

Proof of Work.

07

11

No todo trabajo debe hacerse público.

Some work belongs to privacy, confidentiality or the collective. Preserving does not mean exposing. A culture of proof must respect the choice of what is shared, with whom and in which context.

Ownership of the story matters as much as preserving the story.
12

So people can preserve not only outcomes, but also roles, context, method, contribution and learning — as a living part of work identity.

Not every piece of work needs to become a performance.

But every meaningful piece of work deserves to be remembered.

Not to turn a person into a brand.

Not to make them prove their worth all the time.

But so effort does not disappear.

Contribution is not forgotten.

And people do not lose the story they helped create.
