All Work กับ Selected Work มีหน้าที่ต่างกัน

All Work สำหรับ archive; Selected Work สำหรับ identity

Project อาจสื่อ strategy, craft, domain, leadership หรือ execution

ใช้ห้าฟิลเตอร์นี้

Ownership, decision และ result ที่ชัดสำคัญกว่า size

เป้าหมายคือ coherent range

ต้องตอบคำถามสำคัญเกี่ยวกับ capability หรือ value ของคุณ

การเอางานออกไม่ใช่การปฏิเสธคุณค่าของมัน

เมื่อ identity เปลี่ยน selected work ต้องเปลี่ยน
