Complete Your First Work Identity — Connect Profile, Project, Tip, Letter, and Event into One System

How to connect Profile, Projects, Tips, Letters, Events, and Evidence into a first Work Identity with logic, proof, and clear relationships.

01

Do not complete features as isolated islands

Profile, Project, Tip, Letter, and Event are only content when disconnected.

Connected, they begin to create identity.

02

Step 1 — Inspect the reading path from Profile

Readers should be able to move from summary to selected Projects, from Projects to Results or Evidence, and from there into related thinking or belief.

03

Framework: Profile → Work → Thinking → Belief → Presence → Proof

Profile — who should people understand you as?

Work — which Projects support that?

Thinking — which Tips reveal reasoning?

Belief — which Letters explain principles?

Presence — which Events show where you create context?

Proof — which Results or Evidence make claims credible?

04

Step 2 — Give every claim a destination

If the Profile says you are strong in product strategy, connect it to a relevant Project or Tip.

Claims without destinations are dead ends.

05

Step 3 — Let each Project create more than one signal

A strong Project can produce a Result, Evidence, a Tip, and sometimes a Letter.

Real work can feed multiple identity layers.

06

Step 4 — Do not force every feature

Not everyone needs an Event or Letter immediately.

Add a layer only when real material exists to support it.

07

Step 5 — Check consistency

Are Profile, Projects, Tips, and Letters reinforcing the same direction, or pulling identity in different directions?

08

Step 6 — Check proof density

Fewer claims with more proof are usually stronger than many unsupported claims.

09

A practical first Work Identity structure

Profile Summary → 2–3 Selected Projects → 1–3 Tips → 1 Letter or Event when relevant → Results/Evidence → Contact.

Small but connected.

10

Step 7 — Update after real work

Work Identity is a living system.

After each Project, ask whether there is new work, a Result, Tip, Evidence, or positioning that should be updated.

11

Conclusion

Do not ask, “Have I created every feature?”

Ask: “Can someone move from a claim about me to work, thinking, and proof without the path breaking?”

Profile → Work → Thinking → Belief → Presence → Proof.
