Work Identity becomes an interface between people and intelligent systems
Work Identity no longer helps people communicate only with other people.
It also helps us communicate with intelligent systems that will work alongside us.
A clear identity must be meaningful to people and structured enough for machines to interpret.
The important question is not how intelligent AI is
What matters more is the quality of the understanding the system produces.
Does AI understand correctly the person it has been asked to represent and support?
Even a powerful system can make poor decisions when the data about a person is unclear.
