To expand influence, begin by creating real value for each person
Many people pursue reach before creating depth. Lasting influence usually moves in the opposite direction: help individuals become better, then allow the value to spread through those who received it.

Influence is not the ability to make others obey. It is the ability to help them discover a better version of themselves, trust their own capacity and continue their own path.
The truest measure is what continues after we leave
A process, an idea, a value or a person who has grown can all become a mark. When something good continues without us, influence has moved beyond the self and begun to become legacy.
