如何 curate 最能代表当前 capability、thinking 和 direction 的 project。
All Work 和 Selected Work 用途不同
All Work 用于 archive；Selected Work 用于 identity。
每个 project 都会发送 signal
可以体现 strategy、craft、domain、leadership 或 execution。
框架：Relevance → Proof → Distinction → Recency → Direction
用五个 filter 选择 project。
最大 project 不一定最好
清晰 ownership、decision 和 result 往往更重要。
展示 range，但不要失去 focus
目标是 coherent range 。
每个 project 都要有存在理由
它应该回答一个关于 capability 或 value 的重要问题。
Curation 是 strategy
移除 project 不代表否定其价值。
Selected Work 要跟随 direction 更新
