Each transition makes the question “Who will I become?” more visible.

We study mathematics, language, history and science.

But rarely learn how to understand ourselves, record our growth or tell the story of the value we create.

Many people therefore expect professional identity to appear automatically after getting a job.

Professional identity grows through small choices.
