Invisible system は control がないことではない
Technology が recede しても consequence を隠すわけではない。
重要な点では control を clear にする。
Invisible does not mean opaque.
Good defaults は product を attention から消す
Good default は configuration を減らしつつ override を残す。
Intention が先に動ける。
A good default lets intention move before configuration.
Good automation は work を消し understanding を消さない
Automation は repetition と bookkeeping を消すべきだ。
Friction を loss of control に交換しない。
Automate effort, not accountability.
Good AI は user を prompt engineer にしない
Syntax や prompt formula を学ばせるなら complexity は human に戻っている。
AI が human intention に適応するべきだ。
AI should adapt to human intent before humans adapt to AI.
Outcome より product を見てほしくなった私へ
Product maturity は静かに見えることがある。
Product が attention を求め続けなくても value は生まれる。
