최고의 Feature는 느껴지지 않는 Feature일 수 있다
최고의 product는 outcome 속으로 사라진다.
Start With the Human — Product가 아니라 사람에서 시작하라.
Technology가 더 visible하다고 더 좋은 것은 아니다
많은 product는 더 많은 control, state, AI를 보여 sophisticated해 보이려 한다.
하지만 system에 대한 attention 자체는 value가 아니다.
Technology should earn the right to be noticed.
Feature는 destination이 아니다
User는 보내기, 이해하기, 찾기, 만들기 같은 intention으로 들어온다.
Feature는 outcome을 위한 means다.
Features are means. Human outcomes are the destination.
사람은 outcome을 위해 오지 system을 운영하려고 오지 않는다
User가 product 자체를 관리해야 한다면 system은 또 다른 work가 된다.
Mature product는 product에 관한 work를 줄인다.
The product should reduce work about the product.
Invisible system은 control이 없다는 뜻이 아니다
Technology가 recede한다고 consequence를 숨기는 것은 아니다.
중요한 지점에서는 control이 clear해야 한다.
Invisible does not mean opaque.
Good defaults는 product를 attention에서 사라지게 한다
Good default는 configuration을 줄이면서 override를 남긴다.
Intention이 먼저 움직인다.
A good default lets intention move before configuration.
Good automation은 work를 없애고 understanding은 남긴다
Automation은 repetition과 bookkeeping을 없애야 한다.
Friction을 loss of control과 바꾸지 말자.
Automate effort, not accountability.
Good AI는 user를 prompt engineer로 만들지 않는다
Syntax나 prompt formula를 배워야 한다면 complexity는 다시 human에게 간다.
AI가 human intention에 먼저 adapt해야 한다.

Outcome보다 product를 더 보게 하고 싶을 때의 나에게
Product maturity는 조용해 보일 수 있다.
Product가 attention을 요구하지 않아도 value는 생긴다.
